SYMPTOM :
Not enough hot water / Poor performance (For first time installation troubleshoot only)

a. Collector panel	Partially shaded Improper Orientation Improper tilt Improperly plumbed Dirty glazing Leakage	Reduce shading or relocate collector panels Check direction; South is the best direction. North is not suggested. Check tilt; set equal to latitude ±15° Check connection from collector to storage. Joint at storage tank must not be at same level or lower than collector. Clean collector panel’s surface. Replace the collector panel
b. Piping	Nighttime thermosiphoning (circulation pump only) Leakage	Check for pump running at night time. Contact installers. Tighten leaking spot
c. Storage tank	Insufficient size / over usage High storage losses Leakage	Check mixer tap. Possibility of consuming hot water without realising. Check tank insulation Replace the storage tank

SYMPTOM :
No hot water in the morning

b. Air locked	Shortage of water supply happened	Air bleeding. Open the water tap and wait until the air fully bleeded. Approximately 15 to 20 mins
c. Piping system	Hammering	Poor plumbing system. Check piping’s mounting.
